Der Mietpreis gilt für eine Buchung für bis zu vier Personen incl. Kinder. Die Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser, ggf. Heizung) sind darin inbegriffen. Bei einer Belegung mit mehr Personen behalten wir uns einen Preisaufschlag vor. Der Preis beinhaltet keine Endreinigung. Diese ist durch die Gäste selbst durchzuführen. Während der Schulferien i.d.R. Vermietung nur wochenweise.

I costi aggiuntivi (elettricità, acqua, riscaldamento se applicabile) sono inclusi nel prezzo. Ci riserviamo il diritto di applicare un supplemento per le prenotazioni con più persone. La pulizia finale non è inclusa nel prezzo. Questa deve essere effettuata dagli ospiti stessi. Durante le vacanze scolastiche di solito affittiamo solo su base settimanale.

The rental price applies to a booking for up to four people incl. children. The additional costs (electricity, water, heating if necessary) are included. For ab booking with more persons we reserve the right to add a surcharge. The price does not include final cleaning. This has to be done by the guests themselves. During school vacations usually only weekly rentals.
